We use the contact details, company information, project specifications and files you submit to assess your requirements, prepare a quotation and respond to your inquiry. Include only information relevant to your project and files you are authorized to share.
Processing and access
The website processes submissions through its hosting service and sends them, including attachments, to rfq@arwen-ajh-steel.com through Hostinger Mail. Our RFQ team reviews these messages. Technical requirements may be shared with qualified manufacturing and supply partners when needed to prepare an offer. Uploaded files are not published or offered through public download links.
Retention and requests
Inquiry correspondence is held in the business mailbox for follow-up and related commercial records. Contact support@arwen-ajh-steel.com to request access, correction or deletion. The team will review the request in light of ongoing transactions and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Security and optional measurement
We use encrypted connections and submission checks to help protect the form from abuse. Security checks may process your IP address. Analytics and advertising tools remain off unless configured and you choose to allow them. You can change your measurement preferences using the privacy settings in the footer.
